Coaching you around the bases to your new "home"...
It's nice to read a little bit about the person that will help you in the buying or selling of your home... just to get to know them a little better.
Well, my passion is people, my "downfall" is being too structured.
You can imagine, as a baseball and basketball coach with teenagers, I have to be pretty organized to keep them in line. My wife, Susan, tells me that I have to know when to quit. My son says, "It's ok guys, that's just the way my dad is..."
I like getting things done efficiently and effectively... keeping things on-track and heading toward a goal. I guess my son is right.
This has served me well in helping people buy and sell their homes.
As for some background, I grew up in Virginia and North Carolina. I tried NC State for a year and then decided to join the Navy. I was stationed in upstate New York, where I met my wife and we moved back to Virginia and got married. After 15 years in the Navy and just one year before my discharge, we were transferred to Southern California. Upon discharge, I started and ran a successful business in Los Angeles for 6 years, before we got homesick and decided to head back east. We had no trouble in reclaiming our Southern roots by settling in Georgia in 2004.
I got my real estate license that same year and started my business having never looked back. I opened my new office this past May (2007) with the prestigious ReMax Group which has given me even more exposure and depth of resources for my clients.
Gwinnett County was a no-brainer for us, based on its strong family atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and location "near the city, but not in the city" (Atlanta)...
It's a great place to raise a family and we are excited to invite you to join the "neighborhood".
Call or email me today to get your questions answered and to get yourself "up to the plate"...
I look forward to working with you.
